Return Policy
Products can be returned or warrantied until 30 days from the purchase date.
Merchandise Return Procedure
- Get a Return Authorization Number before returning a product. Returns without it will be rejected.
- Return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We’ll cover return shipping if the return is due to our error.
- Pack return packages properly and provide a photo for return shipment insurance.
- Use clear packing tape only. Other tapes or markers will incur a 15% re-boxing fee.
- Free returns to our warehouse location during working hours.
Returns on Orders with Free Shipping
- Returns do not include free shipping. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
- Orders canceled in transit are considered returns, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- We cover return shipping only if the return is due to our error.
Notes
- Items sold as “Open Box” are final sale unless missing parts or defective.
- Products returned in poor condition will incur a 15% re-boxing fee.
- Trading card game products are final sale.
Refunds
Expect your refund within two weeks of us receiving your package. Refunds are sent back to the original payment method.

Damaged and Lost Items
Report shipping damage within 14 days of the shipping date.

Warranty Claims
Products without a manufacturer’s warranty come with a 30-day Happy Hut Toys warranty.
