• Delivery Time: 3-4 business days.
• Free Pickup: Available from our garage warehouse at 839 White Ash Drive, Whitby L1N 7L8. Please call 647-407-1075 before pickup.
• Taxes: Buyers are responsible for taxes or tariffs. Native status card holders must pay taxes upfront and request a refund by emailing info@happyhuttoys.com.

Prices

• Prices do not include shipping, handling, insurance, or taxes unless stated otherwise.
• All prices are in Canadian dollars.
• If the price drops before shipment and you notify us, we’ll charge the lower price.

Lost & Damaged Products

• Report lost or damaged products within 14 days of delivery by emailing info@happyhuttoys.com.

Order Cancellations & Changes

• Orders cannot be changed or canceled once processing begins. Contact us immediately for potential cancellations.

• Products are covered for 30 days from the original invoice date. Warranty includes repair or replacement. Products damaged by misuse or unauthorized modifications are not covered.

Return Policy

• Returns: Most new, unopened items can be returned within 30 days. Shipping costs for returns due to our error will be covered.

• Refunds: Processed to the original payment method. Some items may incur additional fees or re-boxing charges.
